Celtra is seeking a Lead Product Manager for our Creative Automation technology to drive innovation of enterprise-level collaboration capabilities for the most creatively minded Brands and Agencies in the world. Our Creative Automation technology enables customers to create digital assets at an unprecedented scale, helping them to keep marketing fresh across any and all regions, learn quickly, and get back to what is most important, the creative. This technology and business line already supports many of the most creative brands in the world with a wealth of untapped opportunity – and this individual will be a major contributor to that growth. While co-owning the roadmap for this product within our Creative Automation business, you will help solve challenging growth problems: How do we enable enterprise-wide digital collaboration to help our global customers create assets at a massive scale? What products and features can we upsell and to whom? What are the new product and revenue opportunities we are yet to realize? And many more.

Responsibilities

Finding new product market growth opportunities with fortune 1000 brands and major agencies
Fully cover the enterprise-level collaboration and workflow challenges of this product line: scale, communication, flexible processes, enterprise collaboration, and more
Co-ownership and responsibility of the Creative Automation roadmap
Lead full lifecycle of new products and features development from product discovery to market rollout and client adoption in collaboration with engineerings teams and product marketing
Contributing to the development of business plans, forecasting, pricing, and positioning of new product offerings
Working closely with customers on product discovery and new opportunities through alpha/beta experiments and testing

Requirements

BS/BE/BA or a higher academic degree in behavioral psychology, engineering, design, business, or another field that is relevant
Min. 5yr of general product management and engineering experience within a SaaS environment, ideally working with CRM, BPM, and/or other workflow solutions
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in written, spoken and visual language
Experience in designing experiments, interpreting data
Curiosity to spot and actively pursue opportunities to improve development and/or business processes
Ability to re-engineer complex systems and their logic in order to simplify user interaction
Broad visual vocabulary with the ability to consistently expand an existing design language, as well as art direct a new one from scratch
Prior experience working on the media supply side, exposure to AdOps, and/or Agile development (a plus)
